The kids celebrated after we checked into the hotel Hot Springs Lodge. Grandma had called ahead and had a basket of champagne and cookies put out for us.

Me, near death, and Son #1 on the 1.2 mile steep and rocky climb up to Hanging Lakes. Hubster and the little ones were way ahead of us. I really didn't think I was going to make it.
